- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked

- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 3 cups spinach
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté veggies: Heat olive oil, and cook zucchini, peppers, carrots, and spinach until soft.
