Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Cook the chicken: Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
